An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 10th minute of play forced SC Otten's goalkeeper Cícero Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Ture Arenius tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cícero Proença showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cícero Proença. Cícero Proença dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Axel Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cícero Proença showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Ture Arenius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Arenius in the 22nd minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cícero Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Otten's Cícero Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, SC Otten's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Cícero Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 31st minute. Orlando Tafalla kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Ture Arenius could shoot a difficult shot in the 33rd minute, which Pedro Manzanares however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Norman Ackermann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Ture Arenius took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

The wind increased when Ture Arenius made the kick off in the second half. Nash Thomas hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Cícero Proença made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pascual Carballar in the 61st minute. In the 61st minute, Colombia's Pascual Carballar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. SC Otten's Pankracy Setara was substituted for Ture Arenius. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pankracy Setara in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Pankracy Setara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pankracy Setara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Setara, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the game, SC Otten's Hans Rosenthal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-4. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norman Ackermann struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Pedro Manzanares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Otten. Fotis Mantzouranas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, Norman Ackermann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Otten fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-4. Cícero Proença made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Pascual Carballar sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SC Otten fans cheered their team off the field, for while Colombia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
