Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Liman, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Pawel Liman took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, FC Sójcze's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Wei Bing Ran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pascual Carballar in the 21st minute of play forced FC Sójcze's goalkeeper Wei Bing Ran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radoslaw Sala kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Axel Montenegro in the 30th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Wei Bing Ran's left hand side. With a little luck, Colombia's Pedro Manzanares got control of the ball when Marian Tipinski tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Indiano to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pawel Liman to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wei Bing Ran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
