Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cenan Vahit scored 1-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, KoTyoRa's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Feridun Muslera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KoTyoRa's Feridun Muslera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Seppe van Goetsenhoven came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play forced KoTyoRa's goalkeeper Feridun Muslera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seppe van Goetsenhoven made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Seppe van Goetsenhoven's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Guo Yang in the 70th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to KoTyoRa getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Nahuel Molina hit a great ball. Yan Guo Yang struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KoTyoRa. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a free kick in the 87th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
