An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 4th minute of play forced Lara FK's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Alp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Emanuel Ocampo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesur Kurceren's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Moises Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Dursun Ali Alp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th match minute, Lara FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Bahadır Semdin to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Dursun Ali Alp in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dursun Ali Alp. Lara FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kubat Pirane during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th minute, Kubat Pirane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Honduras were awarded a corner. Edmundo Espiga went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Lara FK getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Acar Bilginer hit a great ball. 42 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dursun Ali Alp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lara FK's Dursun Ali Alp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Lara FK from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Edmundo Espiga could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Dursun Ali Alp however easily saved by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lara FK's Yusuf Bahadır Semdin got a free kick in the 50th minute. Dursun Ali Alp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Villa in the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lara FK's zone, Christian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dursun Ali Alp came out of the goal and Christian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luca Espinar hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Yusuf Bahadır Semdin made in the 65th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Kubat Pirane however managed to control. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Sebastian Villa put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dursun Ali Alp. In the 80th minute, Moises Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 81st match minute, Lara FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sedat Okkan to maneuver through the defense. Lara FK's Dursun Ali Alp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 84th minute of play. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lara FK's goalkeeper Dursun Ali Alp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
