The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Illescas. Jonny Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Jonny Sjöberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 24th minute Jonny Sjöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jonny Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Blomqvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny Sjöberg in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Richard Dickson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuka Crazies's supporters rose to their feet, but Richard Dickson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Richard Dickson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonny Sjöberg went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Jonny Sjöberg struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nuka Crazies. Jonny Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonny Sjöberg succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonny Sjöberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nuka Crazies's Patrik Öfverman managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guillermo Mariano in the 53 minute of the game. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the match, Nuka Crazies's Jonny Sjöberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 61 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonny Sjöberg in the 63rd minute. During the 68th minute of the match Guillermo Mariano completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Karl-Johan Strömberg kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jonny Sjöberg. The audience thought a goal was coming when Magnus Runeberg got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Magnus Runeberg in the 94th minute. If Magnus Runeberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nuka Crazies played a much better game than Venezuela and deserved their victory. The Venezuela players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
