Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Trond Soltveit took the kick off in the first half of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by James Feldthaus. Giovanni Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Kjetil-André Grønseth kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 34 minutes into the match, Karsten Ludvigsen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Karsten Ludvigsen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. James Feldthaus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Christian Risnes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Grønningsæter having to interfere. The supporters of Venezuela booed when FC Pladask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aksel Røyrvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, James Feldthaus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. After 53 minutes of play, FC Pladask's James Feldthaus made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Daniel Grønningsæter in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. In the 60th minute there was a penalty for FC Pladask. Kjetil-André Grønseth stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 4-1. A collision led to FC Pladask getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Christian Risnes hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Grønningsæter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venezuela reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, James Feldthaus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and James Feldthaus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 69 minutes into the game, Jonathan Venegas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Pladask the free kick. In the 69th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Trond Soltveit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trond Soltveit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Giovanni Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Grønningsæter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 5-1 when James Feldthaus sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 84th match minute, FC Pladask was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Risnes to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Trond Soltveit went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. FC Pladask's Gene Kelly got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the FC Pladask players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
