The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Adam Chazen. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyprian Cholewa in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Chazen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Chazen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joel Gaona showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 29 minute of play. Luca Zorita struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Adam Chazen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball.
