Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henric Villaquiran started the match with the kick off. Baldovino Saura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Naldo Roig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Ugaitz Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henric Villaquiran took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of Picanya FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Roig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Gregory Bermejos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Jonathan Ferrant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 33rd play minutes Gregory Bermejo shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Naldo Roig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregory Bermejo took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. In the 46th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Roig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 52nd minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Naldo Roig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregory Bermejo in the 54th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naldo Roig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 63rd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Henric Villaquiran struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Picanya FC. Desiderio Elias might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Desiderio Elias ran back to his position shaking his head. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaskon Gimeno in the 77th minute of play. Picanya FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henric Villaquiran in the 78th minute. Henric Villaquiran made a great header on Picanya FC's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henric Villaquiran in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Naldo Roig in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There was no doubt that Picanya FC were the better team. Picanya FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
