Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Enrique Barreiro came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Villa Roca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Barreiro couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Eleder Goitia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 12th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleder Goitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes Villa Roca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Villa Roca's Eleder Goitia managed to reach the ball for a save. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleder Goitia having to interfere. Eleder Goitia came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 32 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eleder Goitia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Eleder Goitia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eleder Goitia. Eleder Goitia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The Villa Roca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-4.

51 minutes into the match, Villa Roca's goalkeeper Eleder Goitia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleder Goitia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 58 minutes into the match, Juan Sebastián Puig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eleder Goitia. Villa Roca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Sebastián Puig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 61 minutes, Columbo Seracoyz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villa Roca and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Villa Roca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Columbo Seracoyz to maneuver through the defense. If Columbo Seracoyz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kylan Mbappè fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Barreiro in the 69th minute of the match. Eleder Goitia came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Felix Montenegro. But to his dismay, Felix Montenegro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 75th minute Diego Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleder Goitia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Villa Roca defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleder Goitia. The Villa Roca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleder Goitia should have stopped the shot. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Eleder Goitia made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Mancebo in the 87th minute of play forced Villa Roca's goalkeeper Eleder Goitia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleder Goitia was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-8.
