Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Alexandrie CF's Francisco Conceicão started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Alexandrie CF's Matthias Brandin. Matthias Brandin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matthias Brandin. Matthias Brandin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Matthias Brandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Matthias Brandin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th minute Isaac Andrews shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Francisco Conceicão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Domenech kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruslan Tikhonov in the 64th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Francisco Conceicão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Francisco Conceicão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Matthias Brandin was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. 78 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Alexandrie CF's Matthias Brandin. Matthias Brandin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lautaro Mancebo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. Alexandrie CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Franco in the 94th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Franco in the 94th minute of play. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
