Evrosi Slivenski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. 8 minutes into the match, Устрем - Пет могили's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Sebastián Puig came free, but Evrosi Slivenski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evrosi Slivenski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeo Bermel kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Evrosi Slivenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Устрем - Пет могили's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Evrosi Slivenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of the match. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 22nd minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dinko Sakaliyski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evrosi Slivenski came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Milcho Kararizov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boncho Pechovski hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evrosi Slivenski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jurgen Roelofsen's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jurgen Roelofsen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 40th minute, Jurgen Roelofsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42ndth minute of the game Dinko Sakaliyski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evrosi Slivenski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Dinko Sakaliyski made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Устрем - Пет могили got a freekick which was hit by Dinko Sakaliyski. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evrosi Slivenski. Evrosi Slivenski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Evrosi Slivenski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Andino in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evrosi Slivenski saved Устрем - Пет могили from getting behind. In the 62nd minute Agustín Saelices shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evrosi Slivenski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evrosi Slivenski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes Устрем - Пет могили got a freekick which was hit by Peycho Sheytanov. 70 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Bermel came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Evrosi Slivenski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Jurgen Roelofsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evrosi Slivenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 75th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Evrosi Slivenski having to make a save. Evrosi Slivenski came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Устрем - Пет могили's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evrosi Slivenski came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evrosi Slivenski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 88th minute of the match. Evrosi Slivenski made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Evrosi Slivenski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evrosi Slivenski having to interfere. Ecuador played a much better game than Устрем - Пет могили and deserved their victory. The Устрем - Пет могили players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
