Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Roca the free kick. After 25 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kylan Mbappè in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Villa Roca's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Boni Obaya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 31 in the game by Kylan Mbappè from a close distance when the talented Jonathan Ferrant managed to make a qualified save. Venezuela's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 35th minute. Villa Roca's Kylan Mbappè was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 47th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Eleder Goitia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tomas Illescas. In the 57th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rdth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Roca's Eleder Goitia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kylan Mbappè in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Villa Roca's Kylan Mbappè nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 73rd minute.
