Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kutluay Lebib in the 6th minute of play. In the 7th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Heggert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. MJÄLLBY STARS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Lucas Heggert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Polentzi Sordo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Lucas Heggert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Zorita in the 16th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas Heggert quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Alberto Tafalla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucas Heggert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lucas Heggert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Gert Nordgren sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th match minute, MJÄLLBY STARS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Nordgren to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Heggert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 39th minute of play forced MJÄLLBY STARS's goalkeeper Lucas Heggert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, MJÄLLBY STARS's Nils-Åke Jönsson got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Polentzi Sordo to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucas Heggert made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Lautaro Mancebo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lucas Heggert. That made the score 1-1 in the 55 minute of play. Lucas Heggert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, MJÄLLBY STARS's goalkeeper Lucas Heggert had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Tansu Çelikel hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Lucas Heggert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 64th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Heggert. MJÄLLBY STARS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kutluay Lebib in the 68th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute of the match MJÄLLBY STARS got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. MJÄLLBY STARS made a substitution. Arvin Aspengren replaced Polentzi Sordo. In the 76th minute Arvin Aspengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Aspengren came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Max Kock made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arvin Aspengren in the 91st minute of the match. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvin Aspengren's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. MJÄLLBY STARS's Gert Nordgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 95 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Arvin Aspengren came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
