Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pastor Dominix took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alex Méret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. Chancy Olympique's Manoel Fraile got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Méret took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Méret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 26 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manoel Fraile in the 27th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 29 in the game by Manoel Fraile from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 44 minutes, Manoel Fraile managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chancy Olympique's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manoel Fraile was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

In the 52nd minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Chancy Olympique's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. Primitivo Andino made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chancy Olympique's Ilgaz Ankaralı. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chancy Olympique's Sandro Schwaller was substituted for Ozan Kabaks. Chancy Olympique made a substitution. Carlo Wollstadt replaced Lou Deans. Ilgaz Ankaralı kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Alex Méret acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 67th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. The supporters of Chancy Olympique booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moisés Mangas in the 72nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Méret having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Saelices to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moisés Mangas in the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Méret breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Alex Méret in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moisés Mangas struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chancy Olympique. In the 95th minute, Pastor Dominix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
