With his leg Apa Panter managed to avoid a goal in the 6thth minute, when Ecuador's Cristian Sancho fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 9 minutes into the match, AFC Prunis MM's goalkeeper Apa Panter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sol Crowther in the 10th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFC Prunis MM's Apa Panter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 12th minute of play. When Florin Cumpan fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AFC Prunis MM's protests and gave Florin Cumpan a yellow card for diving instead. Florin Cumpan hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apa Panter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Apa Panter in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, AFC Prunis MM's Florin Cumpan got a free kick in the 28th minute. Răzvan Mustață sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Apa Panter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, George Elenescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Apa Panter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 46 in the game by Agustín Saelices from a close distance when the talented Apa Panter managed to make a qualified save. AFC Prunis MM's players were relieved.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Cumpan to make the kick off. Florin Cumpan kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. George Elenescu charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Elenescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of AFC Prunis MM:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ecuador:s goal. The referee gave Ecuador a penalty, 52 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Daniel Zorita, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AFC Prunis MM's Apa Panter. 2-0. Apa Panter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Apa Panter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute of play forced AFC Prunis MM's goalkeeper Apa Panter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apa Panter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leontin Petrulean in the 67th minute of the match. AFC Prunis MM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sol Crowther in the 74th minute. After taking down the ball on AFC Prunis MM's corner Sol Crowther fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 77th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apa Panter saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apa Panter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ecuador booed when AFC Prunis MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. George Elenescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. AFC Prunis MM's Sergiu Urdea was substituted for Petrică Ciocâlteu. After a rather tough play, AFC Prunis MM's George Elenescu got a free kick in the 81st minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apa Panter having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apa Panter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Apa Panter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Cumpan came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Julio Vera could save by the left post. Apa Panter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apa Panter in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
