Filip Urseanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Filip Urseanu came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Paraguay's Jaime Pardo. But to his dismay, Jaime Pardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristinel Niculescu during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cristinel Niculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 24 minutes in the game Jose Sanz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Jaime Pardo. 26 minutes into the match, -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's goalkeeper Filip Urseanu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Primitivo Escribano. Filip Urseanu made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Jaime Pardo sent off a good shot on target. Paraguay's attentive Jaime Pardo managed to snatch the ball when Octav Hortopan made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. After some careless play in the -BZF- Fc Gheraseni defense, Hector Covarrubias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Filip Urseanu. The -BZF- Fc Gheraseni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Filip Urseanu should have stopped the shot. When Cristinel Niculescu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 38 minutes had been played. Cristinel Niculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Primitivo Escribano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filip Urseanu. That made the score 6-0 in the 42 minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Jose Sanz in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Grigore Purje. Jaime Pardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filip Urseanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Pardo ran back to his position shaking his head.

Raul Venegas made in the 59th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hector Covarrubias. In the 62nd minute, one of -BZF- Fc Gheraseni:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for -BZF- Fc Gheraseni. Jaime Pardo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The throw-in from Jose Sanz in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Grigore Purje. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Grigore Purje managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Sanz in the 70 minute of the game. The supporters of -BZF- Fc Gheraseni booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Zoido didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Fabian Verzea from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Jacobo Nores's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Filip Urseanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paraguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Pardo in the 75th minute. Jaime Pardo made a great header on Paraguay's corner, it was just that -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Filip Urseanu managed to reach the ball for a save. 79 minutes into the game, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Urseanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Filip Urseanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 85th minute of play. Filip Urseanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Raul Venegas in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by -BZF- Fc Gheraseni's Alexandru Stelian. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Filip Urseanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Eugen Perișoară hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Urseanu having to make a save.
