Wincenty Wysocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Wincenty Wysocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Eliseo Noboa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Roch Roman. The goal made the score 2-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Klucznik in the 34th minute of play. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Wincenty Wysocki made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 40th minute, Wincenty Wysocki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. In the 42nd match minute, Tyski GKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucjan Falkowski to maneuver through the defense. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wincenty Wysocki to strike the kick off in the second half. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Maciej Okraszewski succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 59th playminute. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roch Roman was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. After 71 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Tyski GKS's Wincenty Wysocki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 74 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Roman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 81stth minute of the game Axel Tasis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tyski GKS's Roch Roman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roch Roman having to interfere.
