In the 7thth minute of the game Jem Jajecznica who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Colombia's Pedro Manzanares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 8th minute, Kevin Mastache made a precise shot to the right of Marcelo Gagriel. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Milian in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guaberto Inautzi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Guaberto Inautzi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pedro Manzanares quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Milian in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Manzanares saved Colombia from getting behind. Jem Jajecznica's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. 25 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Milian came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邱义星. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 27th minute. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jem Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Everardo Milian in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Manzanares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Ove Sörman was the one to do the kick off. Marcelo Gagriel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 55th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Ove Sörman in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Moises Normando hit a great ball. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Guaberto Inautzi got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Karl-Ove Sörman got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Laureano Heriberto came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Heriberto couldn't finish the play. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Milian in the 72nd minute of the match. Marcelo Gagriel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Secada, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Milian in the 80th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Ignacio Mastache rounded Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. After a rather tough play, Colombia's Kevin Mastache got a free kick in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Colombia's zone, Karl-Ove Sörman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal and Karl-Ove Sörman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 邱义星 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Milian in the 93rd minute of play.
