Engin Akbatu scored 7-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benicio Javiero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Engin Akbatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes in the game, Rodrigo Rojas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ke Qi having to interfere. Rigoberto Olentzaro kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Engin Akbatu in the 93rd minute of play forced Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Larpe charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
