Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Rojas in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Gajdošík prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natanael Guedes in the 8th minute of play forced Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalkeeper Benicio Javiero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benicio Javiero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrzej Kaczynski in the 9th minute of the match. Tobías Astorga hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Benicio Javiero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pankracy Ziombkowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Natanael Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benicio Javiero. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natanael Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Freddy Restu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Martin Gajdošík tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benicio Javiero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Kaczynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benicio Javiero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Natanael Guedes in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute of the match Redbull Power got a corner. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrzej Kaczynski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Benicio Javiero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natanael Guedes in the 29th minute of play. Miguel Larpe kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. The supporters of Atlético Nuevo Laredo booed when Redbull Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeusz Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carolo Bernat, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 41 minutes into the game, Fabian Hitzeder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Redbull Power the free kick. In the 41st match minute, Atlético Nuevo Laredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Hitzeder to maneuver through the defense. Redbull Power's Natanael Guedes came free and shot a quick shot against goal 48 minutes in the game, fortunately Benicio Javiero had problems saving as it came toward the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Rojas was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Atlético Nuevo Laredo getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Freddy Restu hit a great ball. After 56 minutes of play, Redbull Power's Natanael Guedes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benicio Javiero was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 60 minutes, Carolo Bernat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Nuevo Laredo and the Redbull Power players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Redbull Power booed when Atlético Nuevo Laredo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Bernat didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natanael Guedes in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Javiero saved Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting behind. Pankracy Ziombkowski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benicio Javiero having to make a save. After 75 played minutes Atlético Nuevo Laredo got a freekick which was hit by Tobías Astorga. In the 76th match minute, Redbull Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janusz Gmoch to maneuver through the defense. Gigel Toacsen kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute of the match Carolo Bernat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Gajdošík skillfully saved the ball. Benicio Javiero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natanael Guedes in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrzej Kaczynski in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Atlético Nuevo Laredo's Benicio Javiero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kacper Tipinski in the 84th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Guedes came free, but Benicio Javiero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kacper Tipinski struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Benicio Javiero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Redbull Power. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Natanael Guedes in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benicio Javiero saved Atlético Nuevo Laredo from getting behind. Tadeusz Sierocki kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Freddy Restu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Gajdošík, 3-1. Redbull Power walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
