In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Milan's goalkeeper Victorino Claus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Victorino Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Neiva, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Victorino Claus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lauro Neiva went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Victorino Claus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 12th minute of the match. Ricardinho Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Claus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 19 played minutes Colombo A.C. got a freekick which was hit by Laerte Romero. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Milan's goalkeeper Victorino Claus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Michal Burufski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Claus having to make a save. In the 30th minute, Ricardinho Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Dantas in the 33rd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Ricardinho Dantas notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Milan's Victorino Claus. Victorino Claus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Dantas in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Claus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Nejat Özertem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Ferrando in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ubaldo Argider stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Lauro Neiva walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Colombo A.C.'s Michal Burufski got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Colombo A.C.'s Oséas Camargo was substituted for Alfredo Meireles. Colombo A.C.'s Aitor Cintron was substituted for Lauro Neiva. Ricardinho Dantas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victorino Claus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombo A.C.'s Ricardinho Dantas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Victorino Claus. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. In the 73rd minute of the match Colombo A.C. got a corner. Milan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Giovani Mendes ran over to the corner to take the kick. Fermin Santio's late challenge caught a Colombo A.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Santio helped the player get up and apologised. Fermin Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Milan's Severiano Tulio was substituted for Fermin Santio. In the 77th minute, Fermin Santio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Victorino Claus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aitor Cintron in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Ricardinho Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danilo Piearres hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Victorino Claus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michal Burufski, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Milan's Victorino Claus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aitor Cintron in the 90th minute of play. Severiano Tulio took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Nejat Özertem. Ali Nejat Özertem dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Ricardinho Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorino Claus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Colombo A.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
