Murillo de Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Raul Zoff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cleiton Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maoz Arkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 11th match minute, Maccabi Netanya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hiram Zelbitz to maneuver through the defense. Terry Silver kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Terry Silver left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maccabi Netanya fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.R.FlaBrasília's goalkeeper Cleiton Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raul Zoff made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Luís Guilherme Ferreira sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, Maoz Arkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Maoz Arkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maoz Arkin to make the kick off. Raul Zoff showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Prado in the 51st minute of the match. When Dunixi Laurenciano came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Maccabi Netanya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dunixi Laurenciano couldn't finish the play. Dunixi Laurenciano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Aílton da Fonseca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cleiton Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dunixi Laurenciano in the 85th minute of play. In the 86th minute of the match Maccabi Netanya got a corner. C.R.FlaBrasília's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaques Domtov ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jaques Domtov got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cleiton Brito quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Maccabi Netanya eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
