Tor Olofsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. After 18 played minutes Mansfield Town FC got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Bern. Mansfield Town FC's Hampus Gallberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 25th minute of play. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hampus Gallberg. Hampus Gallberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mansfield Town FC's Hampus Gallberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Sandell in the 32nd minute of play. Andreas Sandell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mansfield Town FC's Hampus Gallberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maximilian Seger was slow to take the kick. During this time Mansfield Town FC's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Mansfield Town FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Martin Wennerquist hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Zorita got a free kick in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andreas Sandell in the 58th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andreas Sandell's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Mansfield Town FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Hampus Gallberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mansfield Town FC made a substitution. Frans Blixt replaced Tor Olofsson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 93rd minute of play forced Mansfield Town FC's goalkeeper Hampus Gallberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
