Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 6th minute of play forced Gallo Crisis's goalkeeper Pipo Orihuela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Pipo Orihuela. Gallo Crisis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Pipo Orihuela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willem-Alexander Uytebroeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Gallo Crisis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel De Roeck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pipo Orihuela having to interfere. Pipo Orihuela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pipo Orihuela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Gallo Crisis's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Pipo Orihuela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pipo Orihuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 41st minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willem-Alexander Uytebroeck to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Sebastián Puig to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnoud Koppen, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Gallo Crisis were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnoud Koppen took the corner. The corner led Gallo Crisis's Jilian Verhaghen to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Jilian Verhaghen's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jilian Verhaghen helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gallo Crisis's Jilian Verhaghen got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willem-Alexander Uytebroeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Willem-Alexander Uytebroeck's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arnoud Koppen was slow to take the kick. During this time Gallo Crisis's players had a chance to rest. Arnoud Koppen made a great header on Gallo Crisis's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Jilian Verhaghen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallo Crisis's supporters rose to their feet, but Jilian Verhaghen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 96 minutes into the match, Gallo Crisis's goalkeeper Pipo Orihuela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. The Gallo Crisis fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
