Spectators: 49 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Iosif Vulcan took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Carpathians defense, Hector Covarrubias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ştefan Cînu. The Carpathians fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ştefan Cînu should have stopped the shot. Silviu Drăgoescu kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Carpathians's Ştefan Cînu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathians from getting a goal against them. When Hector Covarrubias came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Paraguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector Covarrubias couldn't finish the play. 10 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Escribano came free, but Ştefan Cînu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13thth minute of the game Jaime Pardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpathians's Ştefan Cînu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ştefan Cînu didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Paraguay's Jaime Pardo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Jose Sanz came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ştefan Cînu could save by the left post. Ştefan Cînu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes in the game Juan Diego Tenorio did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Hector Covarrubias. After having played for 21 minutes, Alan Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alan Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jaime Pardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ştefan Cînu made a huge save. 4-0 became the score in the 30th minute when Jaime Pardo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Carpathians's Carlos Santana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jose Sanz in the 35 minute of the game. Jose Sanz got a throw-in 38 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Primitivo Escribano. The crowd rose to their feet as Paraguay's Jaime Pardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ştefan Cînu. That made the score 5-0 after 39 minutes of play. 46 minutes in the game Jose Sanz did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Primitivo Escribano. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jaime Pardo was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Jaime Pardo put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ştefan Cînu. Ştefan Cînu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Pardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the game, Jaime Pardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Ştefan Cînu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 71 minutes into the game, Ilie Balaci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carpathians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. Ştefan Cînu went to the wrong direction when Jaime Pardo was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 72 minutes, Jaime Pardo made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Carpathians's Ştefan Cînu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 77th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Ştefan Cînu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carpathians's Ştefan Cînu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 78th minute of play. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ştefan Cînu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ştefan Cînu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 80th minute of play. Ştefan Cînu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Pardo in the 82nd minute of the match. After 84th play minutes Jaime Pardo shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Ştefan Cînu and just under the crossbar into goal. Hector Covarrubias took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ştefan Cînu. Ştefan Cînu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. The throw-in from Raul Venegas in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Carpathians's Pavel Bara. Juan Diego Tenorio made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Primitivo Escribano however managed to control. In the 96th minute Hector Covarrubias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Cînu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Jaime Pardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ştefan Cînu was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. 101 minutes into the match, Jaime Pardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ştefan Cînu. Carpathians's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Pardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. Paraguay's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
