The audience thought a goal was coming when Cassius Byrne got free with Nikolai Vejtsbøl in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nikolai Vejtsbøl made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Monty Rogers sent off a good shot on target. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Batistuta in the 16th minute of the match. In the 38thth minute of the game Márton Herczegh who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but USA's Marco Day was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Dværgetved's Bernhardt Trøjbjerg got a free kick in the 39th minute. USA's Cassius Byrne came free and shot a quick shot against goal 41 minutes in the game, fortunately Nikolai Vejtsbøl had problems saving as it came toward the left post. USA were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after Dværgetved's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Márton Herczegh made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nikolai Vejtsbøl saved Dværgetved from getting behind. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Nicolai Rasmer sent off a good shot on target. Monty Rogers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cassius Byrne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Thorkil Jardenfeldt replaced Emil Klitmark. Zach Harrison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Campbell in the 74th managed to get into a good position. After 91 played minutes Dværgetved got a freekick which was hit by Ludwig Ossian. In the 93rd minute, Sam Campbell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. USA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
