After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Kai Havertz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Kai Havertz made the kick off in the second half. Kai Havertz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Villa to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. Kai Havertz in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Kai Havertz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-11. Bozkurt's Emrullah Erboy was substituted for Ferdi Kadıoğlu. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emrullah Erboy in the 75th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emrullah Erboy went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-12 was the resulting score. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes in the game, Mustafa Hakan Sufi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emrullah Erboy got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bozkurt eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
