Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elmu Auväärt took the kick off in the first half of the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Leendert Schimmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Tasis, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Juan Rubio. 16 minutes into the game, Lepste SK's Elmu Auväärt nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väino Nummert in the 21st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leendert Schimmel having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Mati Ojavee hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rait Laaniste hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Kristo Vabamäe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Kristo Vabamäe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Väino Nummert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Lepste SK made a substitution. Ivar Viilukas replaced Rait Laaniste. When Väino Nummert came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Lepste SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Väino Nummert couldn't finish the play. Marek Heinsalu hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 62nd match minute, Lepste SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joosep Kuuda to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Väino Nummert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Leendert Schimmel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elmar Kalinin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Väino Nummert scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Lepste SK booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elmar Kalinin scored 4-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Lepste SK defense, Axel Tasis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leendert Schimmel. The Lepste SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leendert Schimmel should have stopped the shot. Lepste SK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Costa Rica for a fine match.
