Peru's Alonso Berganza managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Victor Pinho in the 16 minute of the game. If Luiz Fabiano Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Sena got free with Rolando Noboa in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 24th minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ademar Fernandes saved Bizard FC from getting behind. When Peru's Julian Murillo in 30 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Ademar Fernandes guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Bizard FC's Victor Pinho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eliseo Mina, made in the 32nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bizard FC's attentive Victor Pinho managed to snatch the ball when Eliseo Mina made a throw-in in the 36th minute of the game. In the 39th match minute, Bizard FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guga Zaracho to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Joaquin Prats hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes, Bizard FC's Raphael Souto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rolando Noboa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bizard FC reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bizard FC made a substitution. Adriano Costa replaced Victor Pinho. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dong Kun Yang made a kick off. Raphael Souto hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fabiano Sena in the 57th minute of play. Bizard FC's Ademar Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bizard FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Joaquin Prats was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After a rather tough play, Bizard FC's Flavian Bastin got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, Bizard FC's Adriano Costa got a free kick in the 67th minute. The supporters of Bizard FC booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luz Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ademar Fernandes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After 81 minutes Bizard FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. Emmanuel Reyes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Ademar Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Gallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ademar Fernandes was a little too slow when Rafael Gallo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-2. Antonio Tenorio was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Peru's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ademar Fernandes came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Antonio Tenorio. But to his dismay, Antonio Tenorio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bizard FC.
