Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ciccio Nazzari made the kick off which started today's match. In the 18th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. FataMorgana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FataMorgana's Attilio Proia did a great save. Ernesto Fantasia kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by FataMorgana's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Attilio Proia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. FataMorgana's Attilio Proia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 28th minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Biagio Guerra sent off a good shot on target. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Attilio Proia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. A collision led to FataMorgana getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Camillo Tartaglia hit a great ball. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Attilio Proia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 47th minute of play forced FataMorgana's goalkeeper Attilio Proia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Attilio Proia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. Cosimo Lucidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
