Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Man Tas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henning Martinsson in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Elizardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Elizardo having to make a save. 18 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Elizardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Tobias Elizardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chile. Man Tass short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 28th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Man Tas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thiago Pliego narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Elizardo having to make a save. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tobias Elizardo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Man Tas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Thiago Pliego. The goal made the score 1-0. Tobias Elizardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mariano Lacasa to strike the kick off in the second half. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Herrero, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Sarmiento de Resistencia were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bogumil Spychalski took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Sarmiento de Resistencia's zone, Mariano Lacasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Elizardo came out of the goal and Mariano Lacasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo got control of the ball when Orlando Casaus tried to sneak it across the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Tobias Elizardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Alex Herrero notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobias Elizardo having to make a save. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Tobias Elizardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Herrero in the 73rd minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şafak Uysal hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Francis Sarmiento was substituted for Henning Martinsson. In the 86th minute Alex Herrero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Herrero in the 88th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Chile's Orlando Casaus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Elizardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Dante Oton got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Chile booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şafak Uysal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Lacasa had several of the Sarmiento de Resistencia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 97 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-2 score and a disappointed Tobias Elizardo as he didn't even see the shot coming. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
