Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mateo Palacio's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Palacio in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Mateo Palacio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Mateo Palacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 24 minutes of play, Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Napoleon Jajko having to make a save. In the 30thth minute of the game Mateo Palacio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mateo Palacio did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-0 to the left of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant 30 minutes into the match. Iwo Cwynar made in the 34th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Zjem Cię's Mateo Palacio got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Mateo Palacio took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th minute, Mateo Palacio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zjem Cię fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Zjem Cię made a substitution. Ciriaco Emenon replaced Tolek Wojtyna. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Mateo Palacio made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Mateo Palacio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. The referee gave Zjem Cię a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mateo Palacio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 8-0. In the 69th minute, Amador Presebal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amador Presebal made in the 100th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Mateo Palacio however managed to control. Zjem Cię's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
