Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nikos Stavrou took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Nikos Stavrou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lipochσrion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 12th match minute, Lipochσrion FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emrah Alatay to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Lipochσrion FC's Theagenis Giannou. Theagenis Giannou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Nikos Stavrou sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Nikos Stavrou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. 33 minutes into the match, Nikos Stavrou dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 4-1. Nikos Stavrou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Stavrou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. Alketas Klanakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Nikos Stavrou ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Salvador Gisbert hit a great ball. In the 59th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the game, Lipochσrion FC's Nikos Stavrou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Lipochσrion FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of Lipochσrion FC's Theagenis Giannou. Theagenis Giannou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nikos Stavrou in the 87th minute of play. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 89th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lipochσrion FC's Pantelis Mamidakis. Lipochσrion FC's Pantelis Mamidakis quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Salvador Gisbert, made in the 90th minute of the game. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Theagenis Giannou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Theagenis Giannou quite easily take care of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Lipochσrion FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
