Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Irinel Bratoloveanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balaceanu UFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irinel Bratoloveanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Seco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Mihăiţă Frânculescu made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Balaceanu UFC's zone, Francisco Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihăiţă Frânculescu came out of the goal and Francisco Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Aliuta in the 11th minute of the match. Alberto Gisbert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Alex Aliuta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquin Gayoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after Balaceanu UFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. After 36 played minutes Jaime Cazalla rounded Balaceanu UFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. When Francisco Seco came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Uruguay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Francisco Seco hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Seco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihăiţă Frânculescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 64th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihăiţă Frânculescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mihăiţă Frânculescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Francisco Seco's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Mihăiţă Frânculescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Francisco Seco notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Balaceanu UFC's Mihăiţă Frânculescu. Mihăiţă Frânculescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Maximiliano Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximiliano Escribano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mihăiţă Frânculescu having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Seco in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mihăiţă Frânculescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anton Negru got a throw-in 88 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alex Aliuta. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Balaceanu UFC's goalkeeper Mihăiţă Frânculescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Francisco Seco made a precise shot to the right of Mihăiţă Frânculescu. Balaceanu UFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1.
