Emanuel Rydberg hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arvin Skager breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teobaldo Berdoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Dorival Guimarães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Dorival Guimarães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Meard Zeqiri fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nobels IF's protests and gave Meard Zeqiri a yellow card for diving instead. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Guimarães in the 28th minute of play. Dorival Guimarães took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A throw-in in the 38th minute of the game was made by Meard Zeqiri with Konrad Hellbom as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Zinedine Pogba scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorival Guimarães in the 44th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Illescas made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nobels IF. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Berdoi in the 55th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorival Guimarães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, Nobels IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Bergstedt to maneuver through the defense. Zinedine Pogba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zinedine Pogba's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 72nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Berdoi in the 77th minute of the match. Nobels IF were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after Venezuela's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dorival Guimarães took the corner. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Berdoi in the 80th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Patricio Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teobaldo Berdoi went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Nobels IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
