Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Grandison in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 5th minute of play forced Polonia Division's goalkeeper Hetem Paloka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Polonia Division's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Hetem Paloka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dori Dhima kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 16thth minute, when Polonia Division's Geovânio Meireles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hetem Paloka having to interfere. Macos Graciani hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 22nd minute of play forced Polonia Division's goalkeeper Hetem Paloka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Grandison in the 33rd minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thomas Grandison got free with Dante Lacasa in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thomas Grandison might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thomas Grandison ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Polonia Division's Thomas Grandison fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Joel Gaona slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hetem Paloka. That made the score 1-2 after 52 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Bryanne Kinnaird managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polonia Division's supporters rose to their feet, but Bryanne Kinnaird was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Grandison took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. With a little luck, Polonia Division's Hetem Paloka got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Hetem Paloka in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hetem Paloka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 69th minute of play. Hetem Paloka had great luck who in the 76thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joel Gaona from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 77 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated Hetem Paloka. Polonia Division made a substitution. Emilio Shyta replaced Dori Dhima. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Grandison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Grandison in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Meireles came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Polonia Division's Hetem Paloka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 88th minute of play. Hetem Paloka made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovânio Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
