After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Rein Visscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fedele Bruno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Rein Visscher recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Rein Visscher showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, Fighting Burning Hearts's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Fedele Bruno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Murat Selim Nejat got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Rein Visscher received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Rein Visscher slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 36th minute. Fighting Burning Hearts's Fedele Bruno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Fedele Bruno. Fighting Burning Hearts's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. A collision led to Fighting Burning Hearts getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ennio Formica hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Fedele Bruno when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Daniel Zorita in the 54thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fedele Bruno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rein Visscher in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Rein Visscher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rein Visscher in the 59th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Cristian Sancho played forward. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rein Visscher in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Daniel Zorita made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 73rdth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Fedele Bruno would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Fighting Burning Hearts had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
