Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Christian Najarro kicked off to start the match. Rodolfo Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 3rd minute of play. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodolfo Anaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodolfo Anaya quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a defensive mix-up in Tacheros OFF's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rodolfo Anaya came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Venegas during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Christian Najarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Mariano during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guillermo Mariano hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Najarro got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Christian Najarro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Christian Najarro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Christian Najarro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Mattin Solbeida who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's Mattin Solbeida sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mattin Solbeida might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mattin Solbeida ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's Matias Iztal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

In the 57th minute, Patricio Costa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Najarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Iztal in the 64th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Tacheros OFF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Najarro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattin Solbeida in the 80th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tacheros OFF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan-Ove Tunander in the 81st minute. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Tacheros OFF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Tunander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mattin Solbeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Anaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
