Fryderyk Golembiewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 7th minute of play. When Esteban Carvallo fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Esteban Carvallo a yellow card for diving instead. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Géza Kodály in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Dembowski in the 19th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julian Dembowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Honduras booed when CF Apaches was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bogdan Kosakowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CF Apaches's zone, Edmundo Espiga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fryderyk Golembiewski came out of the goal and Edmundo Espiga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fryderyk Golembiewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Fryderyk Golembiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 30th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Valentín Carvallo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Bogdan Kosakowski struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CF Apaches. Emílio Clérigo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Fryderyk Golembiewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Tafalla in the 36th minute of the match. With a little luck, CF Apaches's Fryderyk Golembiewski got control of the ball when Edmundo Espiga tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half CF Apaches were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Géza Kodály made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Bogdan Kosakowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. CF Apaches's Géza Kodály got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damiano Antonangeli hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes, Honduras's Milagros Cabal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fryderyk Golembiewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Honduras reached it. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fryderyk Golembiewski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Espiga's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Lautaro Navarro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Julian Dembowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Géza Kodály came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Dembowski got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luca Espinar's late challenge caught a CF Apaches's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luca Espinar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. CF Apaches made a substitution. Zygmunt Dudzik replaced Julian Dembowski. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Géza Kodály, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. A collision led to CF Apaches getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ritchie Granville hit a great ball. The Honduras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CF Apaches's performance. The match ended with a win for CF Apaches.
