Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jax Williamson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petter Skarkman went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 7th minute Petter Skarkman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bolo Skjold. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Dixon ran back to his position shaking his head. Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Protegéerna from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Petter Skarkman came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Koby Wright shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bolo Skjold saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petter Skarkman took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Protegéerna's Xu Yi Chong managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rohan Watson in the 24 minute of the game. Bolo Skjold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy in the 27th minute of play. Bolo Skjold took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jan Dixon in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bolo Skjold saved Protegéerna from getting behind. Rohan Watson made in the 41st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luka Harris however managed to control. Bolo Skjold made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Mccarthy in the 43rd minute of play. After 44 minutes Protegéerna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Koby Wright who took care of the corner kick. Canada's Koby Wright was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bolo Skjold in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koby Wright stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Alfred John threw the ball into play from the sideline. Protegéerna's Michael Näver quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Bolo Skjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Dixon in the 57th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petter Skarkman in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jax Williamson saved Canada from getting behind. 69 minutes into the game, Petter Skarkman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jax Williamson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. After a rather tough play, Canada's Eric Hill got a free kick in the 74th minute. Richard Mccarthy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bolo Skjold showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Edwards in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Filip Edwards made a precise shot to the right of Bolo Skjold. Protegéerna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 90 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Bolo Skjold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Filip Edwards who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Protegéerna's Bolo Skjold was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Petter Skarkman notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Canada's Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Protegéerna's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
