Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dominik Walczak made the kick off which started today's match. In the 2nd minute, Luis Andino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernard Zajac was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Gruszowiec was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Zawadzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Gruszowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Bernard Zajac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 11th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Gruszowiec's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Bernard Zajac reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Zajac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomir Grondzki's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludomir Grondzki helped the player get up and apologised. Ludomir Grondzki hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play forced Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurand Majewski hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Dominik Walczak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 33 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernard Zajac narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play forced Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montenegro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When Ecuador's Felix Montenegro in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gruszowiec's goalie prevented a goal. Gruszowiec's Bernard Zajac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Primitivo Andino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gruszowiec the free kick. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Primitivo Andino hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Walczak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the game, Camilo Gisbert was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ecuador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gruszowiec the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ecuador fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 66th minute. Penalty! Julio Vera went to the wrong direction when Ksawery Polkoski was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After having played for 70 minutes, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Andino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 71st minute of play forced Gruszowiec's goalkeeper Bernard Zajac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Bubczyk came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernard Zajac breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd match minute, Gruszowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ksawery Polkoski to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Bernard Zajac in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ksawery Polkoski fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gruszowiec's protests and gave Ksawery Polkoski a yellow card for diving instead. Ksawery Polkoski hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernard Zajac having to make a save. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
