Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Koby Wright started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Luka Harris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luka Harris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Dacian Nițescu made a huge save. In the 18th minute, Don Cabezon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalkeeper Dacian Nițescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Dixon. 25 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Don Cabezon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jax Williamson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Canada got a corner. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Koby Wright ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jan Dixon scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dacian Nițescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dacian Nițescu made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Jan Dixon sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don Cabezon in the 38th minute of play forced Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Don Cabezon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Don Cabezon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Don Cabezon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Don Cabezon made a kick off. The Canada fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Canada's Jan Dixon looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 61 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jan Dixon came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Don Cabezon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Canada made a substitution. Prince Anderson replaced Carter George. 69 minutes into the game, Dadá Oliveira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Canada's Luka Harris quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dacian Nițescu came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Canada's Richard Mccarthy. But to his dismay, Richard Mccarthy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Samuel Mambru was substituted for Ardy Pakubuwono. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC made a substitution. Dewa Warauw replaced Don Cabezon. In the 75th minute Richard Mccarthy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Nițescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Canada's Luka Harris to fire away a dangerous shot which Dacian Nițescu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Richard Mccarthy came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Canada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Richard Mccarthy couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Jan Dixon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Jan Dixon might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dacian Nițescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jan Dixon ran back to his position shaking his head. After 93 minutes of play, Canada's Filip Edwards made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dacian Nițescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Canada had played much better football throughout.
