Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salvador Hats started the match with the kick off. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Santos Orlan made a huge save. Santos Orlan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Lauras Pukelevičius made in the 12th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alvino Tinto. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvador Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Santos Orlan made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Manex in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match El Fortín de Floresta got a corner. Peru's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Desiderio Brais ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Luar, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 31st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lauras Pukelevičius made in the 32nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lucio Stanislao immediately put the ball in play. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Santos Orlan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santos Orlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Julian Murillo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Santos Orlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. Lauras Pukelevičius made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Flavio Luar however managed to control. Flavio Luar made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Alvino Tinto however managed to control. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Flavio Luar in the 45th minute of play. Peru's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luz Tejedor in the 47th minute. After a rather tough play, El Fortín de Floresta's Flavio Luar got a free kick in the 48th minute. Santos Orlan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santos Orlan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santos Orlan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Orlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. A throw-in in the 65th minute of the game was made by Lauras Pukelevičius with Salvador Hats as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After having played for 66 minutes, Salvador Hats managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Fortín de Floresta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Hats was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Mina in the 68th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Julian Murillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santos Orlan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. El Fortín de Floresta's Hector Selmo was substituted for Salvador Hats. El Fortín de Floresta's Fulgencio Frances was substituted for Alvino Tinto. 78 minutes into the match, El Fortín de Floresta's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Santos Orlan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. In the 87th minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as El Fortín de Floresta's Hector Selmo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 2-1 after 95 minutes of play.
