Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benny Škriniar during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Benny Škriniar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Dulka might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Dulka ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Dulka, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastian Dulka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Dulka's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 19th minute of play forced De hijgende Hertjes's goalkeeper Kevin Zilverberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Paulo Passos's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. José Paulo Passos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, De hijgende Hertjes's José Paulo Passos got a free kick in the 20th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Dulka got free with Benito Sanz in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 31 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Moruga. The De hijgende Hertjes fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when De hijgende Hertjes's Sebastian Dulka looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 39th minute, Sebastian Dulka left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De hijgende Hertjes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 41st minute, Axel Tasis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, Eliseo Noboa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the De hijgende Hertjes players grew even worse after the yellow card. 44 minutes into the match, Sebastian Dulka notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Dulka to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61st minute, Aaron Alcocer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kevin Zilverberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Han Kostermans kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, De hijgende Hertjes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Passos to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for De hijgende Hertjes. Han Kostermans hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. De hijgende Hertjes's Kevin Zilverberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Noboa in the 73rd minute of play. De hijgende Hertjes's Kevin Zilverberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save De hijgende Hertjes from getting a goal against them. Sebastian Dulka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by De hijgende Hertjes's Leendert Zuurman. In the 89th minute Sebastian Dulka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Sebastian Dulka managed to get in a good position for a shot. De hijgende Hertjes's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Dulka was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Dulka, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Dulka in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sebastian Dulka recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. De hijgende Hertjes fully deserved thier win.
