A hard shot 15 in the game by Cassius Byrne from a close distance when the talented Karol Pierz managed to make a qualified save. RED BLUE STAR's players were relieved. When RED BLUE STAR's Namık Kemal Korur in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 21st minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Monty Rogers came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Monty Rogers couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Jenson Smith came free, but Karol Pierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Karol Pierz managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when USA's Cassius Byrne fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Karol Pierz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cassius Byrne in the 36th minute. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karol Pierz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in RED BLUE STAR's zone, Zach Harrison stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karol Pierz came out of the goal and Zach Harrison tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Chiriacescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. RED BLUE STAR's Bacary Roudier was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marco Day in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cassius Byrne was the one to do the kick off. Karol Pierz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karol Pierz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karol Pierz saved RED BLUE STAR from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Răzvan Spineanu got free with Marco Day in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edward Mcdonald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Karol Pierz having to make a save. Karol Pierz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 63rd minute of play. Karol Pierz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Monty Rogers had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karol Pierz. RED BLUE STAR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Monty Rogers was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Karol Pierz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 73rd minute of the match. Karol Pierz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 minutes of play, USA's Jacob May made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karol Pierz was left in no man's land by his defense there! USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. RED BLUE STAR's Karol Pierz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Campbell in the 82nd minute of play. Karol Pierz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sam Campbell's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Karol Pierz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Campbell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob May's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karol Pierz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Karol Pierz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Baker in the 94th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
