Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 7 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rune Gustafsson. Sven-Åke Kjellbom made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Result 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, Hemse RK's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Aleksander Lindholm sent off a good shot on target. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rune Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 33rd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. 42 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Åke Kjellbom. Hemse RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Sven-Åke Kjellbom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aleksander Lindholm made a kick off. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksander Lindholm in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Hemse RK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Harkaitz Arevalo hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Sven-Åke Kjellbom was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute, Harkaitz Arevalo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Hemse RK's Frans Smedfeldt was substituted for Lirian Andonovski. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Gustafsson in the 76th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Hemse RK's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Sven-Åke Kjellbom reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hemse RK's Eddie Larsson was substituted for Andy Cane. Hemse RK made a substitution. After 95 played minutes Hemse RK got a freekick which was hit by Eddie Larsson. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Hemse RK had won after a very even match.
