But to his dismay, Axel Ree quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Opriș, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fidel Havier who took care of the corner kick. Fidel Havier made a great header on Monks in Robes's corner, it was just that Colombia's Pedro Manzanares managed to reach the ball for a save. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Ree in the 16th minute. Wasyl Galaska kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Monks in Robes's Axel Ree slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 3-0 after 19 minutes of play. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristen Gulskov having to make a save. In the 43rdth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Axel Ree made the kick off in the second half. Kristen Gulskov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 52nd minute. After some careless play in the Monks in Robes defense, Kevin Mastache kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristen Gulskov. The Monks in Robes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristen Gulskov should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Monks in Robes getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Axel Ree hit a great ball. With a little luck, Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Monks in Robes booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Tafalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Cazalla made in the 84th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kevin Mastache immediately put the ball in play. Monks in Robes's Kristen Gulskov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Monks in Robes from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Kristen Gulskov in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 94 minutes of play, Monks in Robes's Júlio de Lara made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Monks in Robes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
