Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Mariano Lacasa got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Lamberto in the 7th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Min in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Min in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 16th minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Marciano Min sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 26th minute of the match. Zuberbühler FC's Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Min, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Marciano Min kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Thiago Pliego. That made the score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. In the 45th minute, Jose Manzanedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Min in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
After having played for 51 minutes, Orlando Casaus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Casaus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri. Mariano Lacasa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Zuberbühler FC's Jonathan Iruinea was substituted for Cirilo Ebardo. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abelardo Nardo was slow to take the kick. During this time Zuberbühler FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Zuberbühler FC's corner Abelardo Nardo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thiago Pliego quite easily take care of the ball. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Baumer came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Manzanedo to maneuver through the defense. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Florentino Lastur replaced Marciano Min. 74 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Florentino Lastur broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Baumer in the 82nd minute of play. After 82 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Saul Lamberto. In the 89th minute Florentino Lastur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florentino Lastur in the 94th minute of play. The supporters of Chile booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Iruinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Chile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Zuberbühler FC.
