The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Ignacy Niewiadomski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Moises Fernandino in the 56th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee ignored El Salvador's protests and gave Moises Fernandino a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. A throw-in in the 86th minute of the game was made by Fabian Henryk with Burak Czerwiec as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Roch Frankowski did an outstanding performance 96 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 10-1 to the right of an irritated Ricardo Zorita in the goal.
