Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ernesto Giandomenico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manfredonia Calcio 1932's Alfredo Torelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 16th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Gaos during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alessandro Del Piero got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Torelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Mateusz Smolarek hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play forced Manfredonia Calcio 1932's goalkeeper Alfredo Torelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Torelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 34th minute of play. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 38th minute, when Alessandro Del Piero scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 3-0. The supporters of Manfredonia Calcio 1932 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Tomas Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mateusz Smolarek to make the kick off. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Del Piero in the 54th minute of the match. Alex Chicote tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jonathan Ferrant. An unnecessary self made goal, 4-0 in the 55th minute. Mateusz Smolarek scored 5-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Alfredo Torelli made a huge save. Manfredonia Calcio 1932's Alfredo Torelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 67th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 69th minute. The corner led Venezuela's Tomas Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredo Torelli despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Mateusz Smolarek sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 80th minute Mateusz Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manfredonia Calcio 1932 made a substitution. Jagad Te Vrede replaced Ernesto Giandomenico. After having played for 88 minutes, Jagad Te Vrede managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manfredonia Calcio 1932's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jagad Te Vrede was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Alessandro Del Piero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Alessandro Del Piero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Smolarek in the 93rd minute of play. Manfredonia Calcio 1932's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
